This item is worn over any skin and sits on top of the clothing layer. As a result, it is best worn over skin tight garments, and while it does work over some dimensional clothing it cannot be guaranteed to work over all (note: it does not work very well over hoodies, but it does work over baggy T’s and button downs to a limited degree).
